The AMP Financial Planning and Hillross Advice Summit was buzzing with over 1,000 financial advisers congregating in Perth from Monday 19 until Wednesday 21 January.
The event included discussions with AMP’s CEO Craig Meller, Advice & Banking Group Executive, Rob Caprioli, and AMP Limited Chairman, Simon McKeon, about AMP’s customer-centred transformation.
The Summit program also incorporated a number of workshops and utilised external presenters to help advisers further build their skills and understanding of customer trends.
Managing Director of AMP Financial Planning and Hillross, Michael Guggenheimer, was on hand to recognise the winners of the annual and independently-judged Hillross Awards. Open to Certified Financial Planners (CFP) across the Hillross network, the awards recognise the planners who demonstrate the anhighest standards of professionalism, operational excellence and client service.
The winners were:
- Hillross Adviser of the Year – David Kennedy, Pacific Advisory
- New Adviser of the Year – Sue Morris, Hillross Northern Wealth
- Hillross Advisory Firm of the Year – Southbank Financial Services
