Australia’s first-ever main platform female presenter highlighted a significant contribution by Australians at the 2016 MDRT Experience in Hong Kong.
Conducted over three days at the end of January, this event was attended by around 8,500 advisers from around the world, but mostly from the Asia Pacific region.
The value for advisers attending the event resided in their ability to access latest business development thoughts and relevant ideas from a range of main platform and session speakers.
Significant value also lay in the personal messages which reinforced the importance to all advisers attending the event that their future potential should not be determined by their own self-imposed boundaries. One of the speakers who advocated this message was Australia’s first female MDRT main platform presenter, The 360° Solution founder, Vicki Writer. Talking to her audience under the theme of ‘Tell Your Life Where to Go’, Writer urged her peers to tell their own lives where to go so they don’t finish up wondering where it went.
